For a long time, I genuinely wondered if the shift I felt while practicing calligraphy was all in my head.

Now there’s research that shows having a creative practice can significantly reduce our cortisol levels, and honestly…that makes

Your group doesn’t need another rushed icebreaker. Or another hour sitting and listening.

What they might actually be craving is space. Space to slow down, connect with one another, and step away from the noise for a minute.

That’s what

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is slow down.

I’m super excited to host a calligraphy workshop with @sweetbaymentalhealth on Sunday, May 17th from 2:00-3:30pm, designed to be exactly that.
